Director
Tanya is a member of the Institute of Directors, she has a BA, a Certificate In Small Business Management and Money Management and has taught Small Business Management to entrepreneurs. Tanya is accredited in Career Development and Psychometric profiling and is completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources.
Being part of the team and understanding where the business has been, where it is now and where it is heading is crucial for the HR strategy we implement, as is having great relationships with all of the members of her clients’ businesses.
Working as an HR partner is incredibly rewarding, we get to play an integral role in these businesses assisting to achieve growth targets and identifying and improving efficiencies. Managing people is a complex task at the best of times and coaching our clients on how to best approach situations and seeing results is wonderful!

HR Consultant
Working with Leadership teams and building their capability to drive high performing teams is a strong focus and she is passionate about client service and optimising business results.
She has extensive knowledge in change management, strategy implementation, employee engagement and communication, leadership development, learning and development and coaching. Vanessa enjoys working alongside clients to understand their business goals and partnering with them to engage their teams to achieve results.

HR Consultant
She enjoys project work, especially large-scale initiatives where she can guide a process from start to finish and see real progress. Nicola is known for making HR processes as smooth as possible, solving problems early, and helping clients achieve the best outcomes for everyone involved.
Her career began in nursing before she transitioned into HR, completing a Bachelor of Business Studies with a major in HR and a minor in health and safety. That combination gives her a practical, people-first approach alongside strong compliance knowledge.
Outside of work, Nicola loves walking and spending time with her three daughters and three grandchildren. She has lived in England, travelled widely, and even followed the Volvo Ocean Race around the world.
She’s a trusted partner for businesses who want clear, practical HR support that keeps people supported and operations on track.

HR Advisor
With a Bachelor of Business: Management and Marketing, Mark has extensive experience managing complex employment matters such as disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management. His expertise helps businesses navigate challenges with confidence while ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
In addition to specialising in employment relations, Mark is skilled across end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development. He takes a strategic yet practical approach to aligning people strategies with business goals and fostering inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures.

Office & Finance Manager
Rachael and her husband live in Algies Bay, Warkworth, where they love to entertain and enjoy the sea views over the bay. She has a love for the water, mainly through yacht racing and cruising, and more recently from exploring Kawau Bay and the Hauraki Gulf on their Sealegs.

HR Assistant
Cathy successfully completed her New Zealand diploma in Human Resources in 2016 and is passionate about the HR industry, thrives on a challenge and loves meeting new people.
Originally from the UK, Cathy arrived in New Zealand with her husband and two young children. In her spare time, she is often seen around the beaches walking her Border Terrier dogs and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
