Immigration New Zealand announced in 2019 that employers would be required to complete the accreditation process to employ skilled workers from overseas. Initially, this was to be completed in 2020, then pushed out to 2021 amid a number of rolling changes to the process and requirements for specific visas and is now 2022.
The process is a combination of HR Process establishment and implementation, along with the management of your application through the Immigration NZ process for approval. Thousands of businesses have yet to complete the process, which means that as the deadline approaches, there is sure to be a rush of applications – meaning lengthy delays following your application.

Last year I asked ConsultingHQ to audit the management structure for our company which was undergoing a period of growth.
