How it works

The training is structured to fit around a busy work schedule, so there’s nothing standing in the way of improving your leadership skills.

Total course time: 10-15 hours

Duration: 12 weeks

Sessions:  
4 sessions of 2 hours each; one every three weeks 
Individual development plan: 2x 60-minute sessions

Programme Includes: Group discussions, project work, 1:1 development sessions, workplace assignments, coaching sessions.

Working with Leadership teams and building their capability to drive high performing teams is a strong focus and she is passionate about client service and optimising business results.
