This service will deliver tailored advice for organisations looking for support to assist during the Covid-19 business disruption period. In particular, this package helps businesses look after their team’s health and wellness in the workplace.

As the signs of stress show in these unprecedented times, this support is critical to businesses, ensuring ongoing productivity & tailored HR initiatives. The training will focus on supporting management planning by administering a tailored health and wellness survey resulting in a tailored action plan to improve employee health and wellness outcomes. 

HR & Legal Advice during Covid-19

This service will deliver tailored advice for organisations during the Covid-19 business disruption period. In particular, this package helps businesses assess their HR needs and provides support including legal advice on all employee matters. The training will focus on supporting management teams in managing their risk. As businesses need to adapt to changing requirements, support will be given to all HR matters in legally compliant way. Areas that can be covered (but are not limited to) include: – Restructures and redundancies – Workplace investigations – Employment and workplace relations – Employment agreements and bargaining – Conflict resolution and personal grievance – Employment legislation.

The services will be provided at a rate of $200 + GST per hour and the time spent will depend on the client’s needs. Indicative allocation would be 10 hours over 30 days. The service will be delivered by video using Zoom. NOTE: Services will be provided by ConsultingHQ is a registered service provider under the ownership of RecruitNZ

Restructure & Redundancy Post COVID-19

This service will deliver tailored advice for organisations looking for support to assist during the Covid-19 business disruption period. In particular, this package helps businesses assess their organizational structures and fiscal responsibilities and supports the establishment of new organizational structures. It provides dedicated support through the restructuring process and ensures compliant redundancy practices.

The training will focus on supporting senior management teams in assessing the best organizational structures within a fiscally constrained environment. It will then provide support to manage the restructure processes and ensure any redundancies are legally compliant.

The services will be provided at a rate of $200 + GST per hour and the time spent will depend on the client’s needs. Indicative allocation would be 10 hours over 30 days. The service will be delivered by video using Zoom. NOTE: Services will be provided by ConsultingHQ is a registered service provider under the ownership of RecruitNZ

30 Day On Call HR Assistance

10 hours of HR Support on an on-call basis over a 30 day period.

Our most flexible HR Support arrangement. Assistance with any aspect of HR (up to 10 hours in a 30 day period).

Includes:

  • 10 hours of HR Advice from a Senior Consultant by phone or zoom over a 30 day period (Monday to Friday) on any aspect of HR as required.
  • Templates & standard documents as required based on Consultant areas of involvement.

Services most likely to be included (but not limited to):

  • Organising wage subsidies
  • Advice on or managing restructures and redundancies
  • Managing employee documentation- temporary / permanent variations to agreements
  • Work from home arrangements
  • Training for team members while working from home

Cost $2000 +GST. All services must be used before 30 June 2020,
