This service helps business owners and management teams to identify staffing requirements, learning how to review current staffing numbers and skill sets through one-to-one meetings and identifying future staffing needs based on the organisational strategy.  It provides best practice guidance on how to create and update an organisational chart, how to create an HR action plan to reflect your findings, how to review existing PD’s in the one to one meetings with team members, and how to recruit and plan your staffing levels and requirements based on your findings.

As part of the planning stage, you will get to review your business specific challenges and growth goals for 2022, review your organisational skill gaps and we will also aim to build your skillset while constructing the plan.  In the implementation phase we will draft position descriptions, implement an attraction plan for new roles and provide an upskilling plan/talent & succession plan based on individual meetings with key roles/talent in your organization.

Support will be given to all HR matters in legally compliant way.

Description: The challenges 2020 and 2021 have presented us in the new covid operating environment has tested everyone’s leadership and resilience skills.  This program aims to provide advice, coaching, support and tools to managers who want to lead effectively through changes and ensure you have an engaged workforce over 2022. Vaccination Risk Assessment & Policy Implementation

Description: This service will provide practical support to management teams grappling with their H&S and staff responsibilities in relation to Vaccinations in the workplace (with or without mandate).  It covers a thorough Risk assessment, advice and tools.  It provides an online tool for storing Vaccination information confidentially and follows due process and consultation for you to implement a Vaccinations Policy.  It also offers new contract clauses (where needed) to cover vaccination required roles.

You will begin with a Discovery session to better understand the current environment and expectations of a PCBU.  We will ask a number of questions to understand your current risk.  We will then collaborate on a Risk Assessment matrix and provide recommendations based on industry knowledge.  In the implementation phase, we will provide advice and support in regards to seeking feedback and consultation with your team on the risk assessment and policy information, ensuring legal compliance and vaccination record keeping.
